I have the latest versions of CKeditor (6.1.2 & 3.4.1) installed on the latest version of Drupal. Only CCK & Views are activated. CK Finder is installed. I have a Zen sub-theme.

CKeditor & Ckfinder work perfectly in Firefox, but the editor does not work in IE. You can type and style text, but buttons (table, image, etc) do not work. If I switch to Zen theme or a base theme, everything works. It only fails with my subtheme in IE.

I have done this installation with a Zen Subtheme and Ckeditor a dozen times and have never experienced this. I have checked everthing I can think of and re-installed everything, same result.

Any ideas?

I experience a similar problem under the same conditions.
In my case, the editor field disappears entirely from the page.

exactly the same problem here...zen subtheme disappears in IE7 / IE8 ...how can I fix this??

it must be a javascript / jquery issue. Anybody got this to work?

IE has a limit to the number of stylesheets it will load. Turning on css aggregation under performance solved the problem for me.

IE has a limit to the number of stylesheets it will load. Zen has a massive number of stylesheets to load when aggregation is off. Turning on css aggregation under admin/settings/performance solved the problem for me.
