salvisYes, I guess it's a bug in CKEditor 4.5.4, but since the module is accessing that version, and the bug is likely to be fixed in a later CKEditor version, the module is not quite off the hook...
As a work-around I've created a local cdn.ckeditor.com/4.5.4/full-all directory and copied http://cdn.ckeditor.com/4.5.4/full-all/contents.css there. This has satisfied CKEditor, but obviously it's not a solution.
