I hope that you guys will add such a cool feature, it's very nice and can help make texts much more piquant and aesthetic. It helps me sometimes to know If I want to give my time over the article or just see the others. I'm sure it contributes to the users' experience \ UX.

Maybe it would go in in Drupal 8?... Please allow me to have your stance on this pull quote idea, Ben,

The available tools will work for what you are trying to achieve.

  1. Add the Block Quote button to your CKEditor Profile's Toolbar.
  2. and enable the <blockquote> tag in your desired Text Format.
  3. Sprinkle some CSS behind the scene, and voila!

You can build a <pull-quote> using polymer, if you are so inclined. Custom Elements are already possible with a polyfill.
