I am having an issue with inserting a responsive image into the body field using ckeditor and imce

I can upload and/or place an image using IMCE, when we open the 'Image' dialog box we see this

Only local images are allowed.

upon clicking OK we get an alert pop up asking us to make a selection from the Image Size drop-down

Looking at some turorials on setting this up we should be seeing this

Only local images are allowed.

So it appears among other tihngs I am missing the drop-down box for the Picture mappings...

I have tried to make sure i have followed the correct set up procedure, specifically following this tutorial

If anyone was wondering I resolved this issue by adding

config.allowedContent = true

to the ckeditor advanced tab under Custom Javascript
