I have an issue with CKeditor where I am unable to get the insert row or column before/after in IE9 and IE11. When I place the cursor in the current row/column and choose to insert before/after in IE it adds a row to the top of the table or after the last column if I choose select column.

Any ideas what the issue might be?

Yes i updated the CK-editor library and it all works fine now.
