Cut button usually ungreys when you highlight some text. For some reason in Chrome or IE it never enables after highlighting some text. Works in Firefox.

What could be causing this??

Looks like a bug in the editor, there are some open issues for selection, e.g.:

Go to http://ckeditor.com/demo and report @ http://dev.ckeditor.com the exact steps to reproduce the issue (provide as many details as possible).

I'm closing the issue because it's not a problem with a module, but with the editor, which should be reported @ http://dev.ckeditor.com

Upgrading to a newer version of the editor fixed the issue.
