I would like to use CKEditor only to compose post by the administrators, I don't want visitors to use the CKEditor (registered user included) to post comments.
How can I do that?

Just found out, how to do it - go to: admin/structure/types/manage/---Your Content Type---/comment/fields
and set the field to plain text.
