Is there a way to selectively choose which field CKEditor appears on?

At the very least is there a way to turn CKEditor OFF for comments?

In this moment this is impossible. Please check #1209210: How to disable ckeditor on a single page?.
In this moment you can define new input format and add to this field, then CKEditor not attach there.
I close this ticket as duplicate.
