I get an error message when I try to edit a profile:

Warning: opendir(/) [function.opendir]: failed to open dir: Permission denied in ckeditor_load_plugins() (Line 415 of ...sites/all/modules/ckeditor/includes/ckeditor.lib.inc).

Double checked file and folder permissions, they should be OK.

Could u try update to last DEV version and check it again?
If i remember good it was problem with open_basedir option in webserver configuration and we fix it in DEV version before.
