Just setup the latest Drupal 7.0 release. Followed the instructions to setup CKEditor to a tee. I've installed the latest WYSIWYG (7.x-2.0) and the CKEditor module (7.x-1.0), CKEditor ver is 3.5.1.

Now here's the weird part, CKEditor actually works properly when editing content. I'm trying to configure CKFinder and can't access profiles as Content Authoring > CKEditor just doesn't show under the Configuration page. I've disabled all extra modules that were enabled (except WYSIWYG/CKEditor of course) and switched back to Garland but still not luck.

Logs show no errors. In disclosure I'm using Oracle XE as the backend. And there was an error when accessing the Configuration page at first. That was due to a PDO bug and getting the Database system version so I commented out a line (#201) in in default/settings.php, but I really don't think that is the problem since the rest of the Configuration panel works properly.

Any assistance in troubleshooting is appreciated! Thx in advance.

** Correction, VERSION error was caused by line 201 in modules/system/system.install not setting.php

Also, when I log into Oracle I can see that the default profiles (full/adv/global have been created). So, I don't think the issue is with being able to query anything. Does anyone know what actually runs when you open the Configuration page. I'm looking, but if anyone knows that would help a lot.

I uploaded a couple screenshots that show the lack of a menu setting for CKEditor under Content Authoring and then one where I can use CKEditor on articles/blogs.

Any opinions are appreciated. When I go to "q=admin/config/" the option isn't there. Does anyone knows whats being queried there so I can check manually?
