what do people think about removing the 1.x release. My feeling is that no-one should use this release anymore. But, I find it hard to imagine we're ever going to get to the point where 2.x has a stable release - so the best thing I can think of is to only offer 2.x dev release?

its my feeling that civicrm 2.x-dev is relatively stable for most things. More could be done to finish it off, but what is there is working well for us. I'd like to finish off a few items, when time allows, but I think it should be encouraged to use 2.x. Perhaps make a 2.0-alpha1 release?

OK - I pushed this tag 7.x-2.0-alpha1

Can we also remove 1.0? IMO it is confusing people, no longer supported and bloating the issue queue.

Would be good to remove the 1.0 release if it's no longer supported. I don't see the 2.0-alpha1 in the Drupal releases though?

Clearing tagging wasn't enough! I just created a release here https://www.drupal.org/node/2506115 so hopefully that flows through

Looks like this might be fixed now, but are we going to remove the 1.x release from the page completely, so that it is officially 'unsupported'? Otherwise let's close this issue.

OK - I removed it & pushed a new release (tagged beta) since I had been asked to switch to calling it beta recently
