The UI around "supporter type" is not intuitive

Editing a supporter type's fields could be cleaned up.

Right now, it's using the default Fields UI... which is great for nodes are fields that require more flexibility.. but, the fields required by most campaigns are simple (eg. first name, last name, city, etc..), there must be a way to simplify this.

Maybe have 2 view modes, basic and advanced?
Basic mode would allow you to re-order the fields, edit the label and description, required or not...
Advanced view would be the standard Field UI which exposes all of the options.
