This module will aim to leverage the power of crowd sourcing to reduce the amount of spam generated by Click-Fraud targeting your online marketing ad spend. It will do this by allowing sites to report flagged behavior, aggregating it, and assigning a trust score. It will then allow you to block that interaction altogether or mark any submissions as suspicious.

Features

  • Identify suspicious behavior related to bot or click-fraud on the site
  • Relay that to a crowd source aggregator API
  • Assign a trust score to each flagged behavior and source
  • Allow sites to act based on flagged activity

Post-Installation

By default, the module operates in monitoring mode only. You need to configure it to take any action such as automatically ban an offending IP or simply flag any webform submissions for example as high risk based on the trust score.

Additional Requirements

This requires the Ban module if you decide to enable the automated ban feature.

Another module similar to this but focused solely on preventing bot spam is Crowd Bruteforce Protection.
