phenaproximaA cursory glance suggests that there is database corruption here (I base that on the PDOException you're getting). If you look at your DB, the cer table should have two fields, 'enabled', and 'entity_types_content_fields'. If it doesn't have both of those, you may need to completely uninstall, then re-install CER.

danbarron commentedI am also getting this warning. I am not getting the PDOException. So I wonder if they might not be related.
I had set up two relationships, person to incident, and incident to document, all nodes. So there are four checkboxes on the config form.
I did try uninstalling and reinstalling CER. Same problem, before I checked any boxes.
When I check all the boxes, I get two instances. If I then use the "Update Existing Entities" for Node and go back to the References tab there is only one instance of the warning. But it never goes away.
I looked at the database table cer and it looks to be correct to me.
I understand this is in development, and I am only going to link nodes for now, so I am going to try CNR, but wanted to let you know my experience, in case it helps run down the problem.
But this is a great project. I will follow it and move to CER once it's officially released.

phenaproximaIt seems that if you have a field which hasn't yet been instantiated on any entity types (there are a number of reasons why this could happen), this error will be triggered, and could lead to other problems. I've attached a small patch that adds a sanity check. Let me know if this helps.
