CCK signup for different content types

I´m trying to allow a cck signup for different content types. On the Event content type I have a CCK field indicating the type of signup (ej: paid signup, normal signup, advance signup). Each of those options should refers to different content types (ej: Event signup paid, Event normal signup, Event advance signup). Is there a way to implement these feature?? or could you guide me how this could be done???

By now, if you enable the 3 content types for cck signup, you will get 3 node links for signup on the Event node, and also for the "manage your sign up" link.
