how to theme cck blocks?
would it be a good idea to introduce theming options?

In some cases when cck block 'display teaser' or 'display fullnode' selected some elements might need the be opt-out from the full page teaser or full node -like not displaying taxonomy or more or image or other fields from the default node template

Normally, you only use one block per field, so there is nothing to opt-out. Opt-in works with using different blocks. Block theming should work with current beta1.
