Make auto complete like a wild card string

Make this field work like autocomplete fields in taxonomy does. Any string you type in brings up a list where that string value exists anywhere in the data, not just starts with.

Example:
values that exist: one ziggy, ziggy two, not this one

If you start to type in zi the first two values would show up in the list.
