I have several mailboxes monitored by mail_handler. These stopped creating new content when I installed and enabled the casetracker_mail module.

I have tried updating to the latest version of mail_handler and casetracker.

I have debugged some and I think it is a bug in the casetracker_mailhandler() function - there should be an else at the bottom to allow mailhandler to continue to process the mail message if casetracker does nothing with it.

I have made this change and it seems to work.

I will be adding a patch for it shortly.

Was a patch ever submitted for this bug? I am running into the same problem - please share what the fix is and don't leave us in suspense!

Sorry for being such a slacker! Got too busy with lots of other things.

Here's the patch.

I'm not sure why the patchfile includes most of the file - the only change was really to the end of casetracker_mailhandler() function.
