Consolidate Module Admin Amongst All CT Components

Hi,

Within the Admin By Module page, you have created three different admin blocks for CT Basic, CT Mail and CT XML-RPC. I find that this clutters up the page and I think it would be more elegant of you could arrange them all into one bock.

It's the little things.
