Problem/Motivation
canvas_interactive_toggle's core_version_requirement in its .info.yml originally declared ^10 || ^11, falsely advertising Drupal 10 support. Its required dependency, drupal/canvas, declares core_version_requirement: ^11.3 and will never enable on Drupal 10. As a result, installing canvas_interactive_toggle on a Drupal 10 site is broken from the start: the module's hard dependency (canvas) refuses to install, so the module can never actually run there.
Steps to reproduce
- Set up a Drupal 10 site.
- Require and attempt to enable canvas_interactive_toggle (which requires drupal/canvas).
- Observe that drupal/canvas cannot be installed on Drupal 10, because its .info.yml declares
core_version_requirement: ^11.3. - canvas_interactive_toggle is therefore non-functional on Drupal 10 despite its own .info.yml claiming
^10 || ^11support.
Proposed resolution
Narrow core_version_requirement in canvas_interactive_toggle.info.yml from ^10 || ^11 to ^11, matching what the canvas dependency actually allows.
Fixed in commit 946c2aa on the 1.x branch (already pushed to origin/1.x; CI pipeline was in progress at time of filing, not yet confirmed green).
