Include uuid in create page request if it exists in CLI Tool

#3582840: Allow specifying a UUID when creating a canvas_page via the content HTTP API added the ability to specify a UUID when creating a canvas_page in the request.

We should update the CLI Tool to include the uuid if it exists in the canvas page json when pushing a new page to Drupal.
