Move css class back into preprocess functions

Moving the hard-coded class, for example "calendar monthview" out of the template itself and into the preprocess layer allows other modules to add additional classes. The attached patch does this for the calendar-month-node.tpl.php file. Leaving as needs work because this should be done for all the templates before getting committed.
