I cannot see cacherouter admin, nor is the admin page available. The module is installed, but this part of the interface is not appearing for me. Any ideas?

There isn't any admin UI. Due to nature of this module (works without database in some cases), it's configured in settings.php.

There is already a discussion about adding a simple admin page explaining that, and about removal of the fake screenshot from the Cacherouter project page, but I guess the maintainer is just short on time. See #448274: Cache router wont show up in the Administration menu.
