Does this module actually install the accelerator packages to your server (or at least emulate their behavior somehow)? Or do I need to go through Pear and the whole bit?

I ask, because I try to activate any cacheing methods aside from file or db (which aren't speeding up my site) and I get Fatal errors that says the module can't seem to use their get or fetch functions on whatever line. I'll post them here:

You must actually install the accelerators yourself. e.g. if using apc, you must install apc via the pear command.
