I had the module working, but it is causing this error in my server logs with every page load:

PHP Notice:  Undefined index:  fast_cache in /usr/local/apache2/vhosts/website.com/htdocs/sites/all/modules/cacherouter/Cache.php on line 34

Nevermind... I misinterpreted what the documentation meant by "but you must have a default if you skip any bins."
