C2PA — Block AI-generated image uploads

The C2PA module prevents editors from uploading AI-generated or AI-edited images to the Drupal media library by reading the image's embedded C2PA content credentials at upload time.

This supports compliance with the EU AI Act, which requires mandatory labelling of AI-generated content. Rather than labelling after the fact, this module enforces the policy at the point of entry: if an image declares AI involvement via a C2PA manifest, the upload is rejected and the temporary file is deleted immediately — before a Media entity is ever created.
