Overview
Page speed is one of the most important factors when it comes to website development. We have faced the issue with page load speed. And the main factor behind the slow speed is always the page size.
The basic idea behind this module is to optimize the page performance by
doing image compression.
Using this module you can perform bulk update tasks on images. All the existing
images will be compressed based on the set image quality ( Configurable )
and will be converted to webp extension.
Configuration
- Make sure that Imagemagick module is installed and enabled properly.
- Install Imagemagick based on the OS you're using - https://imagemagick.org/script/download.php
- Configure binary path in Imagemagick module and also set imagemagick as default image toolkit.

- Enable webp extension in all the image type fields.
