Actually Require the API

This this is called "bugherd API" I suggest to include the actual API: https://github.com/beleneglorion/php-bugherd-api
The above library is mentioned from bugherd's website https://www.bugherd.com/api_v2 near the bottom.
It would be great to incorporate that into a service.
