Provides a simple context condition to get the mobile state of a browser based on values coming from Browscap.
After you enable the module you will see a new condition in the context configuration named "Mobile device" where you can choose to set the context active on mobile or non-mobile devices.
Maybe we include more context conditions (for example device type or operating system) in later releases but this is not planned yet.
