Make sure to try if transactional emails are still sent correctly after the update, clear plugins cache if needed.
The transactional email feature was moved into a submodule "Brevo Mailer".
The main Brevo module only manages the API key & classes to access the API for now.
Projects which are not using the transactional email feature can disable the submodule "Brevo Mailer".
