Enhanced administrative interface for boxes

Boxes module is really great addition to default blocks. But it lacks some administrative interface other from blocks.

That is why i created a separate page only with the list of all boxes, without blocks and theme regions.

It is useful if you want to see all the boxes in one place. Also if you are using Context - you don't need theme regions to be displayed here.
So it makes it much easier to add/edit/delete boxes without dealing with complex block administrative page.

Would be nice, if you include my patch in a next version of the module!
