Error: Please enable Javascript to use this form.

Hi,

I have enabled botcha for site wide contact form. At first time I submit the form by filling all mandatory fileds, then everything is working fine. But at first if I submit the form with out filling all mandatory fileds and then i try to re-submit the form there is an error message showing "Please enable Javascript to use this form.". I am not getting what I missed actually. I am using 7.x-3.3 version. Please help me.
