Hello, did you try to transform the Navbar from normal / static to Fixed top? May be you used a module to alter the menu behavior? This theme is intended only for static navbar.

If you go in admin/appearance/settings/bootstrap_pointnet, in the navbar section, you should see only the option "normal", other options like "Fixed top" shouldn't be visible, can you confirm that?

Can you also please confirm that if you go in admin/structure/block your main menu is in the "Navigation collapsible" area? Please see this screenshot:

I`m sorry, but I can`t reproduce the problem, I just did an installation of Drupal 8.5 and the stable version of this theme and everything works as expected.

I need more informations in order to reproduce the bug and eventually correct it.

Is right. I have done a clean install and everything works fine. I am going to look for the module that causes this error and I will inform you.

This module too is with problems for your themes, and en all for bootstrap themes, not activate them:

P.S. you dont need the module https://www.drupal.org/project/bootstrap_library : the bootsrap theme already loads bootstrap 3.x
