I am currently building a new page with the theme Drupal 9 W3CSS Subtheme 8.x-1.17. I am using bootstrap layout builder for the first time and need your help. if I add a section with bootstrap 4 col, i only get 4 rows instead of 4 columns. what am I doing wrong.

Hi Karl,

Does you theme currently leverage the bootstrap framework? We do recommend using it in the stable V4 release. You can include it as a custom library, or use a bootstrap enabled theme.

Otherwise you will need to customize the base classes in the backend to match your frameworks grid classes.

The theme W3CSS uses bootstrap 3. After your recommendation, i installed the bootstrap library. However, i still had to update this patch in bootstrap.library.module (https://www.drupal.org/project/bootstrap_library/issues/3034302). Now it works fine.
