Hi, what am I doing wrong? Getting the following warning: file_get_contents(/var/www/.htaccess) [function.file-get-contents]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /var/www/sites/all/modules/boost/boost.install on line 92. I tried inserting the htaccess code generated from server name option first but didn't seem to be working. Then when that didn't work I tried inserting the mysite.com boost htaccess and the site crashed. I couldn't connect to localhost on my server. My RewriteBase is uncommented in htaccess, is that an issue?

Right after I installed boost, I checked the cache, and the crawler worked when cron was run and was slowly building the cache. I could see the files in the cache/normal directory. They weren't being served though, as I couldn't see any footer when I checked from another browser. I had authcache and cache router modules installed successfully. Should I have uninstalled them before installing boost? I was under the impression they could handle authenticated and boost would handle the anonymous traffic.

One more thing, I forgot to mention that the warning I mentioned above for file_get_contents appeared as message after cron run.
