This has small updates(robots.txt), tag fixes, remove all empty lines, index file fix(blocks page was not included -duu), general clean-up(remove most br tags, let the text flow where it works).

Posting this now as I wanted these fixes to get in before 1.7 ships.
I should have had this done before,, but things at home have been screwed up.(fixed)

There may need to be some changes(additional info), that's why I set it to 'Needs Review' since I am not a Boost know-it-all.

I tried to generate a patch, but it didn't work right-and- I still don't have cvs figured out. It's a PEBKAC problem, sorry.
Someday I will learn that part and will be able to do it right.

BTW. all the files are changed, except the boost rocket.png file.
The file names are the same....
