Hi,
I have installed and configured Boost module following the documentation https://drupal.org/node/1459690. I am running on Ubuntu server.
I have generated the .htaccess code and placed in the right place in my .htaccess file.
With the Boost default settings, tried multiple combinations in 'BOOST APACHE .HTACCESS SETTINGS GENERATION' section under '.htaccess' tab for 'Servers URL or Name' and 'Document Root'.
I have tested pages as anonymous using firebug but the cached page is not being loaded. All fine in the status report page and cache directory permissions is 755.
When i go to my file system (../cache/normal/www.mydomain.com/sites/default/files/styles/100x56/public/), and open the files that are generated by boost module, its showing following error:
Error generating image.
Please help me out. I am struck here.

sashi.kiran commentedHi,
My problem is solved once i removed the clock module.
Clock module was generating an error "Array expected ...." which was blocking Boost module from generating cached files.
If in case anyone got struck with Boos module, the best way to debug is to make sure to check your 'Recent log messages' and fix them. There errors will also lead to blocking the working of Boost module.
In my case, once i have uninstalled the 'Clock module' everything worked like a charm.
Hope this will help someone out there.
Regards
Sashi Kiran

This is not always the case. Boost works by using the output control functions in PHP starting with http://php.net/manual/en/function.ob-start.php which buffers the generated html. If something happens like an error or a deliberate output buffer flushthen boost will fail so sometimes an error will not appear in the logs if the buffer has been flushed deliberately by a module.
