I have the Boost module installed along with the Boost crawler module. On the perfomance settings for Drupal I have cache pages for anonymous users and cache blocks unchecked. I have aggregation checked for both javascript and css yet when I look at the source code of the page the files have not been aggregated. Is there a setting I may have missed?

I don't think you've missed anything. Turn boost off to check, but boost does nothing at al for css and js files. with the odd exception of AJAX generated ones.

Thanks, you're right! I've just disabled Boost and although my files are compressed they are not aggregated. I'll look into my .htaccess file.
