i'm noticing that all my pages are being cached with not only the clean URL, but also they are being saved in the cache dir as node/[nid]_.html
i've tried adding "node/*" to the boost exclude list, but when i do that, no pages are cached, clean URL or not.
anyone else experiencing this? is this intended behavior?
using Boost 7.x-1.0-beta2+0-dev (2012-Aug-17)

bgm commentedThere might be a way to code around this issue, but I think the best solution would be to install globalredirect.
Otherwise, people might continue to access pages such as /node/123. They would not be cached and it would decrease the performance of your server.

bgm commentedI added a comment to the handbook regarding globalredirect in the "recommended modules":

chadd commentedi'm wondering if how these are being accessed by anonymous traffic in the first place if i have clean url's enabled. any ideas there?
also, what are the recommended config settings for global redirect to ensure it works with boost as efficiently as possible?
