Easy way to expire page and sub-pages in one step with wildcard?

Say I want to expire all of these paths at once:

• foo
• foo/bar
• foo/bar/baz

With core page caching, I can do something like this: cache_clear_all('http://domain.com/foo', 'cache_page', TRUE);

Is there an analog with Boost? Looks like the only expire function that takes a wildcard is boost_cache_expire_by_filename(), and it won't do this as-is because it adds the '*' after the BOOST_CHAR and BOOST_FILE_EXTENSION.
