This patch fixes the following errors:

  • Can't update reviews -- "Can't access empty property" error.
  • Fixed hardcoded module path to use drupal_get_path('module', 'bookreview')
  • Allow saving of custom CSS path
  • Allow table of contents to be saved

I think that's all.
