Problems when the author field is left blank

The book review listing becomes corrupted when a book entry has a black author field. All the other fields for the book are DOUBLED (listed twice), and half of them are from the book entry above it in the list.

Granted, the author field should probably not be left blank. In some cases however, it really does not make sense to list an author. A Bible translation, for instance, may have several dozen "authors", and leaving this field blank makes more sense than being forced to say something like "multiple contributors" or "a team effort"
