Error message when adding a View

I am getting lengthy error messages that reference Blocktabs when I am working with Views.

I see this has been discussed here: https://www.drupal.org/node/2802679 but it doesn't seem that the fix mentioned in #4 has been applied, as later commenters are still also having the problem.
