While I am enabling a module, I select a module and just click on save configuration button then page is redirected to "ERROR 404 - File Not Found " page and user login session is closed.

I have logged in as super admin that is uid=1.

Can you suggest me?

This issue queue is for the "404 blocks" module. I think you want the general Drupal help forums.
