problem using this with Administer->Content Management->Content

When I enable the Block Submitting Twice module, then go to Administer->Content Management->Content and use the "Show Only Items Where" filter, the filters will not undo, or reset. All buttons add a new filter. I had one by accident where Status = published with 4 underneath where Status = unpublished (yes, I was messing around). It goes back to normal when I turned off the module. Not sure if it would be a critical bug, since I don't usually submit bugs, and don't know how used the module is, so I left the priority at normal.
