Does not save skinr settings

I confirm this;

I've been using a sub-theme I've developed based off Acquia Prosper (Fusion & Skinr based).

I have the exact same issue. Other form elements are saved when pressing Apply, however all of the Skinr forms are not saved, and changes are lost.

I'd be willing to test & help troubleshoot - just let me know.
