PROBLEM:
I get this error when adding a new block
warning: Error parsing sites/all/modules/block_save_edit/block_save_edit.info on line 7 in /var/www/vhosts/sandbox.com/httpdocs/v5/includes/module.inc on line 195.

SOLUTION:
block_save_edit.info -> line 7 (remove the quotes around "Save and Edit")
+ description = "Block Save and Edit adds a Save and edit button to the block add and block configure forms."

Just did a round of fixes and I didn't see this in 6.x. I'm not going to look at 5.x.
