Warning on Block Commenter Settings Page [#1735572]

Wehenever I visit Block Commenter Settings Page, I get a warning for missing argument. I checked the code and fixed it by removing extra parameter.

Thanks for filing the issue and providing the patch. This has been included in 6.x-1.1.
