This is the Drupal 8 version of the Blind Carbon Copy module.
Unfortunately, the maintainer of the existing Blind Carbon Copy module has not sent any changes for many years. maijs created a #2932166: Drupal 8 port of the module more than a year, but that e-mail address is stored in key/value storage and not in configuration to allow per-environment settings without code change.
However, this version stores the e-mail address in the Drupal configuration system.
