Missing Image

This is not as much of a bug but a slight irritation, as the modal code references a /sites/default/files/image/accordion.png in it however there is no matching image that comes with the project. I checked the demo site and it isn't loading such a critter so my question is as to if it is actually needed or not and if not can we get the code updated so that it is not referenced?
